The problem statement
Over 80% of emerging consumer growth comes from Tier-2/3/4 and rural India, where standard speech-to-text and sentiment models fail on regional dialects, code-switching (Hinglish, Tanglish, Benglish), and contextual idiom.
Required PoC
A localized audio-processing and sentiment-mapping engine that reads unstructured voice interviews or focus groups in at least two regional language pairings — isolating emotional intent and cultural nuance without flattening it through generic English translation.
